Vimarsha ,Vivekananda International Foundation organised a talk by Honourable Minister of State for External Affairs ,Shri M J Akbar . The hall was packed with scholars ,diplomats and enthusiastic journalists who keenly listened to his highly intellectual take on what a nation and nationalism actually means !
Talking of India’s attitude to terrorism he was strict in his approach and said India is defensive and not offensive .We will not spare anybody who trespasses our national integrity -whether from outside or inside the nation itself .My first interaction with the Minister will be one to remember .
